I requested a callback and got the call within minutes, chatted on Whatsapp, got a response within minutes... 200% better service than I received with my previous two internet providers.. Great customer care service and from my experience so far, are very open and honest, especially if they are busy, it really puts ones mind at ease when the consultants communicate, and at least as a customer you know that you are not being ignored, but they will get back to you.
